ADMISSION TO MOTOWN FRY FEST

General Admission: $10 pre-sale, $15 at the gate (access to event to enjoy live music, a free kids zone, tons of vendors serving delicious loaded fries, beer and wine, and a FUN environment! All food and drinks must be purchased once inside the festival space)

VIP: $25 (everything above, PLUS 3pm early access + dedicated VIP Bar Stations for quick & easy service all afternoon!)
*Children 8 years old and under are free!

WHAT FOOD OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE?
All vendors will be offering (and competing with) 1 loaded fry special recipe. Tasting portions of each vendor’s loaded fry dish will be available for $5/each.
All vendors will be offering their regular menus and full size portions of loaded fries in addition to the tasting portion special.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and kids meal options will be available.
No outside food or beverages will be permitted.
All vendors accept both cash and credit for food and beverage purchases.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
The entire event site will be open for alcohol consumption, purchased from the beer garden.
All guests must provide a valid photo ID (no exceptions) to be granted a beer-access wristband. All guests must be 21+ in order to drink beer selections on site per state and federal law.

CAN I BRING MY PET TO FRY FEST?
Pets are welcome! However, think twice before bringing your furry friend. If your animal has issues with crowds, loud noises and lots of visual and olfactory stimulation, or has issues getting along with other animals, you should not bring your pet with you. All well behaved animals on a leash monitored by their owners while on site are welcome at the event. By bringing your pet to Motown Fry Fest, you accept full responsibility and liability for any incident related to having your pet on event grounds.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS
All purchases are final/non-refundable. If you need to transfer the name for pick up on your pre-sale ticket purchase, please contact us!
ATMS
ATMs will be available on site.
LOST AND FOUND
Any lost and found items recovered throughout the day will be brought to the main Motown Fry Fest information booth at the festival. If you do not discover that your item is lost before you leave the event site, please contact us with a description of your item and we will work to reunite you with it.
PHYSICAL ACCOMMODATIONS/ADA
Access to food vendors, the makers market, main stage, picnic areas and restrooms will be available throughout the event to accommodate guests with physical disabilities.
SMOKING
There will not be a designated smoking area on site. Any guest seen smoking within the event area will be asked to put their cigarette out. Please respect the event site by disposing cigarette butts in the receptacles provided.
